How it Works
An outsourcing-solution via TechniWrite means that an external TechniWrite consultant takes an active part in your development team and creates all the necessary documentation. If you have already developed end-user documentation, then we may be able to use this as a starting point for our analysis.
We can work remotely or in-house – it’s entirely up to you!
Before drawing up a quote, we will come by for a start-up meeting in order to learn more about your expectations and can discuss various solutions. We will then send you a quote reflecting our proposed solution, the scope of our work, milestones and delivery. We will also send you a frame agreement to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with your expectations. In terms of billing, we employ a flexible multi-hour model – typically 40 hours per ticket.
We believe in giving our clients independence and initiative. TechniWrite employs a range of business procedures that are aimed at making the documentation process as efficient as possible, while minimizing the load on your own staff. Your employees only need to be involved at well-defined steps in the project – briefings at the beginning, reviewing at each milestone, and assuring quality at the end.
We work in both Danish and English. Our team includes a native English speaking technical writer who proof-reads all documentation in English before delivery.
Our consultant will come equipped with all the necessary software and hardware. Our preferred tools are FrameMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Madcap Flare, Help and Manual, RoboHelp, MS Office and WebWorks.
